We get you connected to the youth employment ecosystem — and we also make sure your voice is heard. In the MyStartr community, every young person is an influencer.
We help you grow your network by talking to other young people. We talk about employment goals and exchange advice on how to reach them. At the same time, we create opportunities for dialogue with employers, so you can learn more about what they’re looking for in new employees, and they can understand better how you see the world.
We want to know your point of view on barriers to employment, and on issues that are reshaping society and changing the workplace. Like gender equity and 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion. Racial injustice and Indigenous rights. Climate change and sustainability. Because the big questions affecting everyone’s future will also have a huge impact on the future of work — especially for a new generation.
