You need to design and build it from the ground up to ensure everyone feels welcome, respected and heard. And you need to keep checking regularly to be sure you’re staying true to your values and alert to social change.
That’s why we’ve launched MyStartr Youth Labs, bringing together young people and employers to wrestle with tough questions and co-create solutions together.
Young people get a chance to talk about the barriers they’ve faced, and to help change the landscape of youth employment. And employers share the insights and perspectives they’ve gained through recruiting developing young employees across the country.
What comes out of this collaboration? A roadmap for redesigning the steps, large and small, that connect today’s talented youth connect with tomorrow’s opportunities.
