Megan joined the Diversity Institute after years of working in the non-profit sector as a program manager, where she has led projects addressing student mental health, youth engagement and experiential learning. She is passionate about the connections between career development and mental health, particularly during the transition from school to work. Megan is a graduate of the Bachelor of Humanities Program at Carleton University, as well as the Community Engagement, Leadership, and Development Chang School program at TMU. More recently, she completed a certificate in Adult Education, specializing in Career & Academic Advising, at the University of Calgary.
